Ronald Finberg was a member of the founding class of The College of Law, Arizona State University, and a graduate of its first class in 1970. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona the same year. Since that time, he has engaged in the practice of law throughout Arizona and for the paste several years has devoted his practice primarily to the area of family law. Throughout his career, he has gained the respect of the judiciary, his colleagues and his contemporaries.

Mr. Fineberg, a native of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, moved to Arizona with his family as a teenager. He attended high school in Arizona and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Arizona State University, majoring in marketing and advertising. Following his graduation, Ron enlisted in the U.S. Navy, attending officer candidate school and was commissioned as an ensign. He received an honorable discharge at the rank of Lt jg. In returning to civilian life, he became an officer in his family owned business, Industrial Uniform Services, Inc. in Phoenix.

During his military service, Ron was appointed as the legal officer aboard ship, at which time he developed an irresistible interest in law. When the Law School at ASU opened its doors, Mr. Finberg was one of its first applicants and was unabashedly grateful to be accepted. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Finberg has not shied from the court room, nor failed to recognize that, in the interests of his clients, other, less formal proceedings may be the better course of action.

His devotion to the practice of law is only surpassed by his love for his children and grandchildren which has enabled him to understand and assist in resolving the complexities and emotion involved in custody, parenting issues and grandparent access issues.
